We offer refunds for:

• Items that were sent incorrectly
• Damaged or defective products

How it works
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Just reach out to us at offlineoceanco@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We'll take it from there.
